We're on Brand Street in Hitchin town centre. Ideally placed to support businesses in Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock and across Hertfordshire.

If you've got an appointment to come and see us, you'll find us next to the Museum at the top of Brand Street. There is some on-street parking, but only for 20 minutes.

Our Ethos
We try to do business a little differently. Wherever possible, we aim to:Work with you in the most helpful and honest way we can. We don’t think business has to be hard-nosed and cut-throat. Let’s be friends 🤝Be honest and upfront about all costs and charges. We never hide anything away in the small print 💷Be as green as possible. We recycle everything we can and we use carbon offsets to help cover the emissions created by our day-to-day operations. We are also transitioning our company cars to be 100% electric. We plant trees for every customer and for all the energy used by our servers. You can see our progress here 🌳Give (at least) 5% of our profits to our chosen charity each year. (It’s usually an animal related charity if we’re honest! We are suckers for those cute little blighters, especially the four-legged hairy ones) 🐶
Charity
Our Chosen Charity for 2024.We donate 5% of our profits to charity every year, because we’re nice like that. Last year we partnered with The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.We had so much fun keeping up to date with all the puppies, we have decided to do the same again this year.So, our chosen charity for 2024 is….. Guide Dogs (again!).Huge respect to everyone over there for all the great work they do, especially the dogs. Keep up the great work guys 🐶Thanks,Team Hitchin
Carbon neutral IT
Saving the planet, one computer at a time.We are super proud to announce that all of our services are now carbon-neutral!We plant trees for every customer, and we plant even more at the end of the year to offset the emissions from the energy used by our equipment and servers.We also contribute to lots of carbon-reducing, energy-saving and eco-friendly initiatives in the UK and around the world.All of this good work is done through our sustainability partner, Ecologi. You can see all the trees we have planted and the projects we have funded here.🌳🌳🌳We know this isn’t perfect and doing this alone won’t really save the planet, but we want to try and help in any way we can, and we want to be a responsible business 🌿
